“I’ve worked with Tim for 5 years or so - first in person at the gym, then in person at my house, and for the last year, on Zoom. He’s the best trainer I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a bunch over the 11 years I’ve been in the South End! Why is he good? First, he is highly knowledgeable, both about weight training and about exercises/stretches/yoga for rehabbing muscles or joints that are sore. Second, he varies the workout to keep it interesting. Third, he adapts the exercises to who YOU are - your age, your goals, your various trouble spots like bad knees or weak ankles; I didn’t want to work with a 28-year-old who was going to treat me as another 28 year old, which I am not. Finally, he makes the workouts fun, which is important so you keep wanting to do them.
I’ve also been doing meditation training with Tim for the past 10 months and that’s been terrific too. The 30-minute sessions have taught me a lot - and the proof is my blood pressure has dropped 10 points! I strongly recommend Tim as a personal trainer and meditation coach.”
